Hiring a designer dress from One Knight Hire is simple and stress-free. Our online booking system has been designed to make reserving your dream dress quick and easy.


Step 1 – Browse Our Collection

Browse our collection of designer dresses and select the garment you'd like to hire.

Each product page includes detailed information about the garment, including sizing, measurements, photographs, rental pricing and availability to help you choose the perfect dress for your event.

Step 2 – Select Your Hire Date

Once you've found your dress, select your event date using the booking calendar on the product page.

Please ensure you carefully check your selected hire date before proceeding to checkout. If your event falls over a public holiday or you require your garment earlier due to travel, we recommend contacting us before placing your booking.


Step 3 – Add to Cart

Select your preferred size and add your dress to your cart.

Before continuing to checkout, please double-check that you have selected the correct garment, size and event date.


Step 4 – Complete Checkout

Proceed to checkout and enter your contact details, delivery address and payment information.

Before placing your order, you will be required to review and accept our Terms & Conditions by ticking the agreement box. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to all of our policies.

Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been successfully received.


Step 5 – Identity Verification

Once you've selected your garment and event date, proceed to checkout and enter your contact, delivery and payment details.

Before completing your purchase, you'll be required to tick the acknowledgement box confirming that you have read and agree to our Terms & Conditions and that you are 18 years of age or older, or are completing the booking as a parent or legal guardian on behalf of a minor.

Once full payment has been successfully received, your booking will be confirmed, and your garment will be reserved exclusively for your selected hire dates.


Step 6 – Receive Your Dress

Your garment will be professionally cleaned, carefully inspected and beautifully packaged before dispatch.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

We recommend trying your garment on as soon as it arrives to ensure you're happy with the fit and condition before your event.

If you notice a condition issue that was not previously disclosed, please notify One Knight Hire within eight (8) hours of delivery or collection.


Step 7 – Enjoy Your Event

Wear your dress, enjoy your event and make unforgettable memories!

During your hire period, please treat your garment with care and avoid anything that may stain or damage the fabric. If accidental damage occurs, simply let us know as soon as possible—we understand that accidents can happen.


Step 8 – Return Your Dress

After your event, return your garment by the agreed return date outlined in your booking confirmation.

If your dress was posted to you, place it back into the prepaid Australia Post Express return satchel provided and lodge it over the counter at an Australia Post Office before the return deadline.

If you selected local pickup, please return your garment at the agreed time and location.

Late returns may incur additional charges in accordance with our Postage & Late Fees Policy.
